The name Casio is – at least to the Purchase Reviews Test Panel – still associated with digital watches and calculators. Well, think again, test panel! Cause the Casio corp. is manufacturing a range of products these days, varying from TV’s thru musical instrument. And, off course, camera’s. We tested the new Casio Exilim EX-Z1000. The first thing that jumps out is the very, very huge LCD screen. Nothing less than 2.8`` of perfect crystal clear is yours to use, if you decide to buy this jewel among the digital camera’s. But there’s more. The Exilim EX-Z1000 doesn’t come with a 5 Megapixel, a six Megapixel, nor a 7 Megapixel image capture. The Exilim EX-Z1000 is equipped with a 10.0 Megapixel (!!!) image capture. Let’s go on for a bit, and talk about the users menu. This is set up as simple and as logical as a classic percolator. Nothing to complain there. Further, the Exilim EX-Z1000 comes with an anti shake system called DSP, and Rapid Flash. To conclude the this review with the biggest bonus of all: all this can be yours for roughly $ 399.00. A week of groceries, a suit, a ticket from LA to NYC. Oh, did we mention that the camera comes with 2.8`` LCD screen? Ah yeah!
